1. The benefits conferred by this Warranty and Guarantee are in addition to all other rights which the client is entitled to under the trade practices act or other law in the relevant state and territory.

2. Five Star Outdoors acknowledges that the product will not chip, crack or flake, peel or corrode and is resistant to fungi and algae growth. However, Five Star Outdoors cannot take responsibility for the substrate.

3. Five Star Outdoors warrants that in performing the agreed services for the client the best workmanship and materials have been employed and Five Star Outdoors hereby guarantees the workmanship and materials for ten years from the date of completion of the work.

4. If the house is sold this Warranty is transferable to the new owners, provided that Five Star Outdoors is notified in writing.
