Definitely a 5star company. from the beginning to the end. Susan was so helpful.In discussion she convinced us to change our minds as to what we thought we wanted. There was no pressure just thoughtful suggestions. And are we glad we did . We were advised when the final measurements were to be made. However a problem arose . We were advised the time would have to change, the guy was running late, again we were advised. Continually kept in the loop. We said it didn't  matter to us do it the next day. But well after work hours Steve arrived to do the task, not many businesses do that that these days.  The day of installation no problems. The installation was done efficiently and quickly to an extremely high standard. We are ecstatic about the difference it makes to our entertainment area.
