The representative was overly pushy, questioning why I needed to consult with my family and friends on the quote I was provided, tried to make it look like I wasn't competent enough to make my own decisions and made it look like I was getting a bargain, which I certainly was not. My friend popped over only to be met with aggression, she overheard the rep making snarky remarks under her breath about how board she would be whilst waiting. It was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable with the pressure I was put under to make an immediate decision, especially after being offered a “special” price only if I signed on the spot, which I made clear wasn’t an option. The constant sales pitch felt forced, and I found the whole interaction off-putting. I tried to reach out to the company about my experience and have heard nothing back. Overall, I expected a more respectful and professional approach and wouldn’t recommended this company to anyone.
