After a few communication issues at installation, I have my shutters installed and I’m very happy with the end results. Was told 4 to6 weeks. Took 9 wer.weeks. Lack of communication or no communication on their side. Ordered blind only to be told after it was installed that they could not supply what I ordered. They measured and re measured the site. They are supposed to be professional but still don't understand the products they are selling.  Promised a pull down blind with side ankers but did not get it. Now middle is sagging and their excuse is  because of the width. I researched the width on their sites and it showed it was suitable. Been a pensioner I think they took advantage of me.
