I had an extremely disturbing and disappointing experience with 5 Star Outdoor. The representative was overly pushy, questioning why I needed to consult with my family and friends on the quote I was provided, tried to make it look like I wasn't competent enough to make my own decisions and made it look like I was getting a bargain, which I certainly was not. My friend popped over only to be met with aggression, she overheard the rep making snarky remarks under her breath about how board she would be whilst waiting. It was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable with the pressure I was put under to make an immediate decision, especially after being offered a “special” price only if I signed on the spot, which I made clear wasn’t an option. The constant sales pitch felt forced, and I found the whole interaction off-putting. I tried to reach out to the company about my experience and have heard nothing back. I can not speak highly enough of our experience with 5 star outdoors. From the first consultation, measure and quote  to final installation of our patio blind by Tom (& his co worker, whose name I didn't get....sorry!!). Our job was a little complicated, but it was completed professionally and promptly and I would be more than happy to use their business again. Cannot believe the fabulous advantage of perfectly installed zip blinds. We now have protection from the sun and wind and privacy for our back verandah when we need it. Thank you 5 Star. Great people to deal with right from first enquiry through to installation.  Contacted every step of the way to update us on progress of order to final check in to ensure we were happy with our roller shutters. Worked in with our schedule, came to country (3 hours north of Adelaide) on a Sunday to measure & quote and even arranged for installation on a weekend.
